The Boston Celtics shocked the world on Wednesday by hiring Butler coach Brad Stevens to succeed Doc Rivers as head coach. Besides coming out of nowhere, the move was a surprise because of Stevens’ age. Born on October 22, 1976, the 36-year-old Stevens is easily the youngest coach in the NBA. Beyond that, there are 12 active players in the league who are older than him.
