This is Ray Charles, everybody. Ray Charles is a blind golden retriever who was adopted by a Boston family and, because of this, Ray loves the Bruins. They are by far his favorite hockey team. He doesn’t even really know what hockey is, being a dog and all, but that doesn’t change the fact that the Bruins are his favorite team. And now there is a petition to let Ray Charles drop the puck at a Bruins home playoff game.
He's got the jersey and everything.
He’s got the jersey and everything.
The petition already has over 800 signatures, and the group is gunning for 2,000 before week’s end. You know what? We can make this happen. I believe.
Need more convincing? Let’s look at the photos of Ray. In one photo he is wearing sunglasses, and in the next photo he is wearing a Bruins jersey. Dogs wearing human things is objectively awesome. Let’s get Ray on the ice!
